About Andrew Friesen
Andrew Friesen is the founder and president of World Gospel Explosion, a Christian ministry dedicated to reaching the nations with the gospel through evangelistic outreaches across Canada, the United States, South America, and beyond.
He is known for sharing the message of Jesus both one-on-one and before crowds of thousands in packed stadiums, where his ministry is marked by powerful demonstrations of the Holy Spirit through signs, wonders, and transformed lives.
Andrew was personally trained and commissioned in evangelism through Christ for all Nations, under the leadership of the late Evangelist Reinhard Bonnke, a season that helped shape his theology of evangelism, integrity in ministry, and passion to see the lost saved.
“Graduated from Christ for all Nations evangelism training under Reinhard Bonnke.”
In 2020, Andrew helped pioneer a new, life-giving church committed to advancing the gospel and equipping believers for impact.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Intercultural Studies from Providence College in Otterburn, Manitoba, and further Theological Studies from Horizon College in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
A passionate musician and ordained minister with the Fellowship of Christian Assemblies (FCA), Andrew is based in Canada, where he serves in ministry alongside his wife, Rocio, and their two daughters, Andrea and Laura.
